Originally from Lyon in France, Hana Neghra moved to New York to pursue her dreams and fulfill her potential. She is a contemporary, classical and TV/Movie trained actress graduated from The American Musical and Dramatic Academy, New York, in the Acting Studio program under Ray Virta and Mark Riherd among others. She’s specialized in Dramatic, Tragic and romantic roles on stage and on camera which highlight characters who advocate strong femininity and great sensitivity, such as Maggie from The Cat on a hot tin roof by Tennessee Williams, and Roberta from Danny and the deep blue sea.
She is fluent in French, and has a good level in singing and various styles of dance ( contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Hip Hop), but also has a strong training in stage combat (armed and unarmed) and riding horse. When she doesn’t act, she’s a big reader and writer of two books she plans to publish. Her passion for art pushes her to transform her experiences into works that could inspire others and share powerful messages.
